Pacific Hotel impressed me with its accessibility and central location in Phnom Penh. Tuk tuks readily available made getting around easy. The breakfast buffet was a culinary highlight, with changing options daily. I particularly enjoyed the healthy meals and quality coffee. My room was comfortable and well-decorated. The gym was neat and well-equipped, perfect for daily workouts. The traffic noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night. For those sensitive to sound, bringing earplugs might help. I experienced some water issues. My room lacked hot water at times, inconvenient after being caught in the rain. Despite these minor inconveniences, my stay was largely enjoyable, thanks to the dedicated staff and cozy environment.

Ope, gotta say, the staff here are just the sweetest folks. I snagged a room on the first floor, cozy and clean, and breakfast was a feast-had fresh fruits and tasty coffee every morning. Noticed some street noise, though, so pack your earplugs if you're sensitive. The workout space was nice too, got my sweat on!

The hotel staff helped us to get the bus ticket by my preferred carrier for travelling to Siam Reap. They also arranged the reservation changes effortlessly. They cautioned us to keep our passport and money safe while moving in the surrounding areas.
The room electic kettle did not have tea bags even though milk and sugar was provided. We were advised to go out and buy the tea bags !!

Request a room on the higher floors for less street noise. Some lower-level rooms face a busy road.

We greatly enjoyed particularly nice breakfast with fried rice, offered by the hotel. The location was marvellous and fab for exploring this fairly nice area, just next door to the night market and all main attractions.

Staying with two couples, we loved the spacious Beautiful Twin Room. Perfect for sharing! The breakfast had plenty of variety, and we all enjoyed the hotel's friendly atmosphere. We took a fun trip to the nearby market. It was a hit with everyone!
For dads, it would be great to have a better setup for larger groups.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the really good breakfast spread that changed every day and the comfortable beds, made for great sleep! There were nice spots to chill in the garden, like the seating areas and small fountains. The only downside was some noise from the street at night, but bringing earplugs solved that easily 😊
